What will the rules be on the gametype and settings for that game type also shotgun allowed and GPS ??

We would like to do Team Survival but the games would last too long tbh, so the gametypes for XL will be a combination of Team Sharpshooter, Retrieval or Attack/Defend.

Items Restricted: GPS Device, Shield, Auto-Shotgun...may also add one explosive.

Im going as two teams of NM

one is our halo team which adamski is sorting out

Im sorting out the RB6V team and its all abig SECRET =]

Question 1
Will there be a restriction on the new maps ? Ive never played them before and i dont want to waste my good money paying for them just for this tournament?

Question 2
In RB6V theres certain ranks to unlock guns ? will these ranks allready be attained at the tournament or should we bring like a memory stick along or somthing just abit confused ?

yes i was thinking about this allready...
the accounts people play on should be made into elites so everyone has access to their guns..

Yeah I was speaking to someone last night about this...was it you Sam?

We wont be using any of the new downloadable content (maps or gametypes), but we are doing our best to ensure all consoles have elite profiles on them...if you have any ideas on how we can best implement this without having 16 profiles named the same and without players bringing their own HDDs or mememory cards then feel free to contact me with your suggestions. :cool:

just a whole new problem occured.

What about the patch on RB6 if it hasnt been installed then all the guns will be different.

glitch the ranks....
make em all elite by recovering an elite onto an xbox with another and swap over while map is loading

Hasnt that glitch been patched now? and would it work when not connected to XBL?

no the glitch hasnt been patched, yes it would work not connected to xbl, obviously you need to be connected to do the glitch but then once its done it doesnt need to be online

Only problem with that is the consoles are being hired and wont arrive till the day before the event. We also wont have a connection to XBL. We may have to allow memory cards for RB6 players if we are to use elites tbh but that could give players an advantage if they havent achieved elite status. Only other option is to use standard profiles.

What about on one online xobx just glitching a load of elite profiles saving it too a memory card and then saving one onto each 360 the day before.

I'm not even elite myself yet on RB6...anyone fancy sending me a profile so I can try it? or create the profiles for me and send me the memory card?

edit: I'm Lt.Colonel...but I'm pretty sure all the weapon unlocks happen way before that?
