There's been a lot of talk about Terminator 4 floating around the past few months, especially since Arnold won't be making his return to the franchise. While casting rumors continue to get shot down around the web, we figured we'd drop an interesting scoop we received for the big boys to confirm for us. Below you'll find out who we were told might direct Warner Bros. 4th flick- and what it may be about...

Right now they're saying Jonathan Mostow is directing the film, but I got the following e-mail, which will probably end up being false, but maybe someone can confirm these rumors?

"I'm hearing a Bucharest shoot with Marco B attached to compose T4. It's more of a spin-off than sequel, apparently, with story concentrating on Kyle Reese, from the first film..."

The scooper also writes in that Kurt Wimmer (Ultraviolet, Equilibrium) may end up directing the film.

Remember this is just RUMOR and has not been confirmed!

T1&2 i loved, T3 i was a let down for me and it wasn't as slick as the first 2. Wouldn't mind seeing T4 though even if its just to find out how they conclude the films.

A while back I read that they were going to be doing another 3 films.

If they do make more Terminator films then they will really have to work hard to top number 2.

T2 pwns them all. Even though they are all pretty much a pile shite.

T3 is a hot contender for most wank film I have ever seen.

I saw T3 quite recently on TV and really didn't think it was that bad. That may of had something to do with the fact that I was battered when I watched it and that usually makes films so much better. I think its only real failing is that they hired a female to play the evil Terminator (whos crazy idea was that?).

As for this rumoured new one, if they are really going to use the director of Equilibrium and Ultraviolet they may aswell just release it on DVD straight away as it will be total ****.

Azure, do a search on a film called Dollman. I've seen that!

Equilibrium was a great film imo,, full of action and way over the top fighting, all a movie ever needs.
