Custom Paintjobs/Decals

Well as we know the best bit of Forza is the customisation of cars - I've gone through a few tutorials into Forza 2 car design, and have come up with this, which I'm quite proud of!

I've got this one Pink Car and I've wrote "I love ****" on the Side which I will use in Multiplayer, kind of a harsher version that what the guys did in Top Gear.

Need so more Sayings though that will piss people off, I think I'm going to design a...

I'll obviously do one's with proper designs on and do some like Rally Style and all that but they ent as much Fun.

Yea but I never had Forza Motorsport :( So I'll be the loser that does it again this time around, as I have no chance in hell beating some of the really good designs that I have seen so far.

With a bit of practise, anything is possible. You just need to not jump straight in with a tough one - like with the one on my car, it starts with rough geometry to make the right outline, then filling in the colours. It's easier then it looks, just time consuming.

I'm planning on doing a Crewe car, with the badge, but I've been drawing up a few designs whilst I'm at work at love the idea of a car themed around Poker - so I will try and do that tonight. Might be short on time as my girlfriend is visiting for the weekend. But I'm loving the scope it gives us, it's really exciting when design ideas pop into your head!

This is my work in progress, it's the RenaultSport Clio V6, and once complete will have a livery in much the same style as last years Renault F1 car (this years is awful!)

You need to save your images and the reuplaod them to imageshack to show off to other people.

It's in the Menu, when you Select the Blank Layer

However I would suggest grouping and copying especially if it is Text because it appears exactly how it does on the other side (Backwards for Text), so that may be a problem for you, not sure.

But if you copy it, it appears the "correct" way.

Spin: I'm nearly a level 25 with quite a few races in SP and MP under my belt, a fair bit of tuning as well, doesn't take too long to make a livery to be honest, the WRC Focus took 45 minutes tops.

On the roof is a Liver Bird with the letters 'L.F.C' underneath. I was going to use "You'll Never Walk Alone" but it didn't work. I can't take any more pictures, I've sold the car now sorry.

Yes. My brother's already made top 10 on quite a few time trial tracks, and I've just got used to using manual shifting which is essential. Highest place is 40th or something atm on time trial.

First place is given money/points depending on the amount of racers, levels of the racers and the amount of laps. All places are given money if they finish too.

Check your NAT settings, I know of a lot of people who have had the problem.

Exactly.

It works quite well, most of my races are in online career now simply because I can still run in private rooms with just my friends and we earn dosh every race.

I hate this crap - I put it up for sale with that paintjob and full upgrades, for 30,000. It didn't get a single bid - you can't even buy the car and full upgrades for 30,000, yet nobody bid on it. Yet you still see the same stupid stolen designs selling for 200 grand all the time - the auction house is a joke.

Well you can probably find tuturials on the internet but it's more creative if you do it yourself. Like my south park one I just made it from scratch. It takes a few hours though if you want detail.
