Please use this thread to arrange your Group A fixtures.

You are to play each other twice as specified in the Gears of War - Execution 4v4 Champions League Rules (http://www.matchbox360.co.uk/events/rules?event=Gears+Of+War+-+Execution+Champions+League).

All fixtures are to be completed by Saturday 16th June.

Please note: TEAM SGU are no longer competing. All teams will be awarded 6pts by default as they had already played a game.

Please use this thread to arrange your fixtures stating maps and bleed times in the following format:

Any team found fielding non-registered players is in breach of the MatchBox360 rules and will subsequently be disqualified. If you have less than 4 players registered to your team then you must update your team registration before playing otherwise you may only play with the players registered. It is the responsibility of each team to ensure opponents only play with fully registered team mates. As such, please supply evidence (screen shot or game links) to prove any use of illegal players.

To ensure your opponents only field registered players, please check the GoW registered teams list on the GoW Champions League Portal (http://www.matchbox360.co.uk/events/Gears+Of+War+-+Execution+Champions+League).

had a few messages off BlaKatak, apparently they can only really do sat nights, or stupid hours in the evenings. Trying to get these organised can be a nightmare!!

Can XP, DoW and Man Points let me know when you're free, the league session finishes soon, as does the H3 Beta (sob!), our guys wanna try and play that to death before it finishes and we have to wait til September till we get another go.

:S i dont get this. Because they cant play doesnt mean u should get the win youve had how many weeks to get these matches done. So if they cant play, they cant play so just has to be recorded has not played so no points for either team in my view. The only way u can get a no show from this is if they accept to play u and dont show. Not for u saying a time and they dont show :S thats ridiculas.

I would like to confirm that no shows are only awarded when a time is agreed by both teams and one of the teams does not turn up at said time. Please do not report results as no show if this is not the case.

Any outstanding fixtures due to being unable to contact the other team will be dealt with accordingly.

Only one day was arranged (sat 9pm), i don't know how you managed to say otherwise. The only reason we couldn't paly that match was one of our players couldn't make it through events out of everyone's control. Again this was all done through KillerSam xDoWx , and if responsibilities within your clan had changed it would have been nice to have told, so things could have arranged properly.
