Anyone going to be watching the VOD from MLG charlotte tonight? FFA starts at 1 I think.

It's MLG's video channel "VOD=Video On Demand" they stream the matches on their website.

EDIT: Anyone know anybody who's playing in this event?

Did anyone watch the Oddball Midship match between Final Boss and FBI The Agency?

The Championship Final is coming up next between Final Boss and Carbon. Carbon won the losers bracket final against FBI The Agency in a 6 - 5 series. The final Middy TS gakme ended 50 - 48. It was crazy. Hopefully some of you watched it.

Watching the Rainbow games was quality.

Watching the Rainbow games was quality.

Its only recently become free. This is the first event which had free VoD to all users. Before this you had to pay about $20 per season. It was Super Smash Bros instead of Rainbow too.

Final Boss beat Carbon 3 - 2 in the finals.

A major problem I found with the VOD is that you could hear the crowd shouting but had to guess what was going on like on BC TS CbN vs The Agency where Gandhi had a triple snipe and the crowd just went mental but everyone in h3f irc just had to kind of guess what was going on. :|

Yeah was a big problem, it would have been better if you could have selected who you wanted to watch. I mean on some of those matches they had supporting players on the full screen when i would have really wanted to watch offensive players.

Yes I agree. I think they should implement a replay feature using that small top-right screen so everyone can see the sickest plays. I really wanted to see Shockwaves killtac on FB on Warlock CTF. Also when its showing someone elses POV on that little screen, it should say the name of the person.

If they spent a little time thinking of ways to improve VOD it could be sick. They really need to think of ways to fill inbetween games. On saturday night I was waiting about 45 minutes inbetween games at 3 in the morning - its ****. Why not replay some of the games that arent on VOD, or see a game from another persons POV and indicate that its a replay of an earlier game.

This event was one of the most entertaining I have watched. Good job to FB for winning. I really thought it was gonna be a tie on Lockout ball haha
