I've only just yesterday got this CSS working and i love it, I'm sure im not alone so you guys fancy hooking up and ripping up MB styl'e :cool:

Yes, definately. Had this for a couple of years but i dont really play it much anymore.

An organised night sometime would be cool though, i like to play it, it's just that i end up doing other stuff with my time :(. I know for a fact that Demon got it recently, so he'd be up for it too.

It's good to see you're loving it, the feeling when you just get it is amazing, i wish i could experince that again :(. You get owned so much when you start playing, but if you keep at it then you get pretty good, you can second guess what the enemy is gonna do in certain places in maps. That's proberbly the most fun part, learning, but i ended up getting pretty bored with it as i felt i was just getting worse, hah.

Dont get me wrong, i've clocked up 285 hours on this according to xfire D:

I have got this game, but it never worked on my old PC. I'd assume it would on this one though, I could install it if you wanted.

Open Steam (look in your program files for Steam>Steam). Once that has loaded, go to Games, then double click Counter Strike Source. It'll proberbly download a hefty update if you have never played it. But then it will load to the main screen, yay!I have got this game, but it never worked on my old PC. if its not a legal copy ur screwed, valve is very very secure

Yeah Harris i got this copy direct off of Steam, took a while to download but it works fine. How is Saturday for everyone? I'm i will be on it every night now for a good few weeks but Saturday seems a good evening to hook up.

Hey guys i just saw on Steam news:
Everyone who owns Counter-Strike: Source will have a guest pass available to hand out to a friend next week. Guest passes allow folks to play the game for free for a few days. So if you've been trying to rope someone in to Counter-Strike: Source, now is the perfect time.So next time we all play we could all invite a shitload of other people who dont have it, and have a huge Matchbox CSS game :)

I'm pretty sure you wont be able to play illegally. They're really tight and will proberbly just perma-ban your account without warning. That's even if you can connect.

Yeah hes right Pie, i had a free copy that i downloaded and it would'nt let me join the main server to join other people, all i could do was play against the computer all day.

It took me on a 2 Meg connection about 2 hours to download and install. Enjoy.

Not sure but on some copys of CSS you got Half-Life 2 Death Match bundled in.

However, you will still have to download a big **** of update. (It downloads both the game and the updates from steam)

When i first got it i was playing this on a computer with a Geforce 2 MX400, the ram was only 256mb (i might have had 512mb at this time) and the processor was no more than 1.8GHz Pentium 4. The settings were all on lowest and i was doing fine.

Firstly i would like to congratulate you on one of the funniest quotes i have ever read, FPS are PC through and through, its autoaim FPS games that live on consoles.

Nextly his performance hit could be coming from running a avergae system for gaming with Vista, which demands more when running any game.

Tis True, but they are generally crap :P , just the fact you said they should stay on consoles, they are better for PC overall, anyhow. Yep Mazzy stick with CnC its a far better game although i still need to decide on who i like best, i ruled out Nod altogether now.

Team Fortress will be coming to the 360 soon anyway Gaskin along with HL2 so you may aswell wait and pick that up.

From what i read on the latest Stema News, one of us will just eamil you, and there will be instructions on how to get it. You'll proberbly just have to download steam, then it'll download Counter Strike.

That guy ZRN (or something like that) completely raped me, i remember playing csItaly (i think) and was hiding in the house with Pirate Balloon, was crouched and Pirate jumps on my head and got me stuck so i couldn't move, ZRN runs around the corner while i turn my back and knocks us both down like skittles :D

@Spin - whats your XFire and Steam name? i tried adding Spindyer but had no success :(
