I finally have my video capture card up and running, however the capture card which is external only allows me to view the games im playing on the PC monitor, and its impossible to play as the quality isnt very good and there is a noticeable delay.
So im asking is there some sort of splitter that i can buy that will allow the original AV cable to have two yellow ended wires and place one into my tv and one into the capture card?
I have searched everywhere, but im not sure quite exactly what i am looking for.

there is indeed - check out the Maplin site and search for phono splitters.

what mouse said, remember to buy a phono to 3.5mm jack change to the sound if you dont have the red and white inputs, and remrmber to buy 2 more cables to you can send the signal to two inputs (tv n c card)

should do, but you will need 2/3 of them for full splitting
