Well if they try to put the maps you have to pay for into whatever online multiplayer options that COD3 has then I doubt anyone will play it when you have to pay for new maps.

They did the same with COD 2 and i think more played it so i dont think there will be any problems, well i know ill be downloading them when they come out.:)

Yeah I suppose, I mean I can understand something like World of Warcraft were it is a cheap game but you have to pay monthly, but then wow has a huge community and is incredibly addictive. Maybe its just me being wierd but I would only really pay extra for something as popular as the Halo series, World of Warcraft or Gears of War. If I was to go and purchase a random game now and they wanted

Yeah but they wern't put into the Matchmaking options until they were all available for free and thats the point I was trying to make in the first place.

Ah, I see. I was under the impression that those maps aren't required for online play. I think the host chooses the map. I've only played one game on this, so I'm not too sure. :)
