Yeah the game is ****ed, they are fixing it though. I had to make an EA account before itd let me do anything yeah, though that went without a problem, the game still crashes frequently in the lobby though.

So, apart from all of this technical bull, and EA cocking up a leg and pissing on everyone, is the game actually any good when it works?

I dont know, I tend to just see "You have been defeated" scrolling about my screen.

Rent it first, it is dramatically different from Ra2, they axed a lot of the good stuff in order to go into [debateable] better things.

single player is boring at first but gets very good. it has got good and bad points, if you like any CnC you will like this.

Well I was in love with RA2. I will consider this once i hear that the bugs have been fixed.

The game for me is much better, tactics are rewarded and base defenses are most beneficial to counter air units. Or to build quickly at key points in your base to support your units and give them the edge.
