Day time TV - is bad

Why is Day time TV so bad!?! Can anyone give me a recommendation on what to watch though the hours of 6am to 6pm :eek:

Definately Chucklevision. Jeremy Kyle and This Morning are the only daytime TV shows I think I have ever watched, and to be honest, I wouldn't watch them again. (although Jeremy Kyle can be quite funny)

Daytime telly is ****, although it has worked nicely today. Something on in the background whilst I write an essay. No chance of it distracting you cause its shite, and when you feel like stopping for a bit you sit back, watch telly, realise its shocking and get back on with your essay. Genius!

Yeah but ive gone off the old 360 since i moved. I'm now using a old 28inch TV for it and games like GOW just make me feel sick to look at. (for example red is orange). Sky sports news is a good shout though ;)

There is nothing wrong with some DayTime TV. I'm an absolute sucker for things like Murder She wrote, Diagnosis Murder, Midsomar Murders and so on.

Well, not as much the murdering as the solving it. I mean I completely forgot about Columbo, Monk and anything like it that solves murders.

Then of course the amazing CSI which isn't on daytime TV [but I have all the series on DVD].

Chat show family problem type shows are always pretty funny, like Jerry Springer and Trisha and whatever. If nothing else they make you feel better about yourself! I used to watch Bid.TV a lot when this guy called Mike presented it, but he left now and it's boring :(.Why is Day time TV so bad!Because it's basically a gap filler until everybody gets home from school and work :p

If you really must watch anything during the day it has to be Jeremy Kyle the 'ard man' of daytime tv. Faviourte quote 'look at me' he says it a least once a show, the misses watches it nearly everday. All the other shite about house buying and flogging old stuff will just do your head in. Saying that mate you really should fire up your 360 even just to get your gamerscore up.

If you've got cable I reccomend Current TV since that's quality all day long or Paramount Comedy. If you've got freeview then ABC1 is pretty decent for passing the tim. If you just have terestial, then you're screwed.

At uni though im in a downstairs room with really shitty reception so when im in my room i only get bbc2 and itv lol. They are alright for tv later, unless there is a film on channel 4. But i do hate them duing the day. Absolute rubbish..
