24 Series 6

Is it just me or does anyone else think that the latest series of 24 just isn't as good as series 5. It started of ok, with all the bombs going of but since the first four episodes the action has really started to slow down. What go you guys think.

Well, I haven't fully watched any other season of the show yet, but I'm going through Season 1 on DVD at the moment, and watching them at the same time makes it very obvious which is better by far.

The latest one just doesn't have enough intensity and if you've seen as far as the latest US episode, you'll know what I mean when I say the plot basically just went off searching for something to take up time starting a week ago.

Series 2 was without doubt the best of the series so far with season 3 slightly behind.

This season had some interesting political ramifications at the beginning but the excitement is kinda tailing out now. We need another mole in CTU, that would make it better. All in all, i can't wait for the movie after this season. If they can bring it back to how the first 3 series were, it should be mint!

Season 2 is my favourite so far followed by season 5 then 4 then 3. The new series isn't tense at all no where near as exciting as season 5.

I'm really dissapointed with season 6 they should stop making 24 if future seasons are going to be just like this

The new series of Prison Break on channel 5 is much much better than this. I'm afraid to say that 24 has lost it :(

If they have ANOTHER mole in CTU, or anyway else for that matter then I fully give up on 24. If all they can do for a story is the same thing they're done for the past 6 years then feck em.

Well the season's about to finish up here in the US, last 2 or 3 episodes of the season I think and now it's gotten ****ing amazing. The episode I just watched is the best of the season, by far, imo.

Well we're only 2 episodes behind you guys so i hope so. Although the producers have admitted there have been flaws in season 6 and the series has dropped out of the top 20 rated shows on TV apparently.

What?! This season has been utter shite, the last 5 eps have been appauling, its just boring the life out of me. Seasons 1-5, fecking brilliant, some of the best TV ever. Season 6? Should've given up after the first 10 eps.

If this wasnt 24, and had the first 5 seasons to back it up it would've been cancelled by now.

Most of season 6 has been crap yeah but lately I really think its started to pick up again since we found out Audrey is still alive. I hope the rest of the season continues to be tense and exciting.

So what did everyone think of the series finale? I quite liked it, certaining set it up for the movie and i just heard that Keifer has also signed up for 2 more series after the movie.

Jack's dad could have escaped with the component on the boat he was about to ride off in. So the movie could follow that line or a new one entirely and have the series pick up there. Or maybe he just died, i don't know.

I liked the finale, loads of excitement and showing jack as he really is.

I thought the finale was brilliant :)

I wanted Jack to have his revenge by killing Chang but he didn't :( in the next series america will probably go to war with china because CTU have him in custody
