ok this is very basic and easy
heres a tut to get "Rename" option wen u right click recycle bin
1. Start->Run->Regedit
2. Open up HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT, then open the CLSID folder, then open the 645ff040-5081-101b-9408.... folder(once u see the first digits thats the folder, no other folder has the same 5-6 digits)
3. Open up the Shellfolder and modify attributes value from "40 01 00 20" to "50 01 00 20", then modify Callforattributes value data to "0"
4. Exit regedit and enjoy ur recycle bin
