SOTF competition Number 1

Welcome to Matchbox360's first SOTF competition. You're asking yourself what SOTF is?

It's simple, we want to give all the talented designers and sigmakers here at Matchbox360 the chance to battle it out amongst them in a fortnightly sig competition - Sig Of The Fortnight [SOTF].

You will have one week time to create a themed sig [Max size 400x100]and submit it in the thread.

All submitted signatures will be given to public vote lasting another week. The winner will pick the theme for the next competition.

Let's start this off with game themes. This week's theme is: Worms.

The decision is made by the members in a vote. So it doesn't depend on how good your photoshop skills are or even if you have photoshop I suppose.

All done with P/S (except the render obviously) pre-made background images are for noobs, therefore I made mine myself! :p

Why did i follow retros size :S looks even more atractive now its all squished. maybe i should try and make it move, hmmmm no wait theres a rule for that, no moveing sigs. i wonder why that rules in place? makes you wonder dont it? i mean its not like were trying to run the country, its just a website. maybe a few rules here and there IS a good thing.........other wise there would be moveing sig's everywhere.....................

Stop twisting little ideas that make you think in your own little world that you are being clever, because it just makes you seem even more ridiculous than before. Just because everyone in the world does not agree with one decision that you make does not mean that there are no rules on this website. Stop living in a dream world and realise that no-one cares anymore because you are flat out wrong in every example that you have tried. Give up. Honestly, it might help redeem some of the respect that maybe you had with some new member who did not know you.

Anyway. Sorry, I cannot let little digs like that lie when they are completely ridiculous, otehrwise he might feel he has won some battle.

Because they slow down the site you complete mug. Even the ones that dont, promote moving sigs, people then recreate the moving sigs and slow down the site. Crying out loud! I feel like I am talking to a child.

Dont ever think that you are right. It will be far easier for you to assume that you are wrong and then maybe, just once someone will deem one of your comments to be correct. This will save you alot of wasted time thinking that you are right about everything else.

Not a massive fan of it, knocked it up pretty quick. Only saving grace is that i made the background from scratch and I think it looks pretty decent.

Yeah we should definatly be alloowed to vote! Otherwise ther would be like 3 people to vote, haha. And yeah, in thoery we shouldnt be allowed vote on our own, but there isnt really a way of stopping it.. Unless a mod wanted to manually check through and edit the votes of course.
