No Delay Shut Down

If your computer was like mine and it took a while to shut down because of all the programmes running in the background. well a simple registry edit will sort this out - and i works


Basically, Click Start > Run > regedit - then all you do is follow this screenshot i made for you's and double click the reletive screenvalue and just input the number shown.
