LOL , Cat made a help thread on this not long back and i used the number she posted to ring the ppl at XBL.

40 minutes later not only had they NOT canceled my second account which was up for renewal in 2 weeks time.....Not only did then decide to purge my MAIN account and tell me i can't use it till it gets renewed in 3 weeks time but they even managed by the end of the 40 Min's to tell me i would have to ring back another day to cancel my second account which was the icing on the cake for me.


40 minute phone call / purged my main account and i they still didn't even do what i rang up for. There retards full stop.
