-Face Mapping in Rainbow Six Vegas
-Play Totemball
-Take a Personal Gamer picture
-Send Picture Messages
-In Game Video Chat in selected games
-You can use it on your PC or Mac aswell

That's about it really, still in it's infancy but it should be good as it progresses down the line, in the end though it's just a little quirky thing that has no real potential. Handy for the free 12-months of Live.
