Not really sure when heroes hit its peak, and if i am being a bit behind everyone, but i was just told to watch this program yesterday and already i am absolutely hooked.

My last two days have just been based around watching as many epsiodes of heroes as i can (just getting over tonsillitits, cant really do alot else)

I am up to episode 12, and it is absolutely superb. Thought i had skim read something about it on here but couldnt find it so decided to start a thread and see if anyone watches it themselves.

If you are unfmiliar with the program, and like the new rise of programs like lost and prison break, then this series is an absolute must. Brilliant.

Totally agree its a brilliant series, am only up to Episode 6 myself. As far as I know it only just started to be shown on TV over here on the SciFi channel and from what ive heard its more popular in America than Lost.

Yeah it's knocked lost off the top spot in america's most watched. I'm on episode 8 and also only started watching it yesterday. It's brilliant, not sure yet though about the ultimate question: Lost or Heroes? *Screams*

It's up to episode 15 over in america, and it just keeps getting better. As for Lost vs. Heroes, no contest. Lost has been useless since the end of series 1.

What surprises me is that it isn't being shown on a different channel over here, one thats on terrestrial TV. From Lost went onto Sky One I haven't watched it once, but watched it online instead because Sky One shows it at such crap times. imo C4 should have bought Heroes because every show on C4/E4 has two or three repeats a week and you don't have to watch it at a specific time, and it would replace the viewers that they lost when they lost Lost.

I've been watching it all along, almost quit a few episodes back as it really was a load of nothing in most of the episodes, but now they've gotten back to being good.

Well thank you very much guys, after reading this thread i thought what the hell i download a few episodes and see what all the fuss is about. I'm now HOOKED and on ep 11 with the other 6 now downloading.

Firstly who gives two ***** about celebrities and whether there in rehab or not. Secondly yes episode 17 is available for download, i need to get it tonight and lastly, it is an amazing series, i think it is far better than lost atm.

Its amazing, watched episode 17 and it was pretty impressive. Looked on TV.com and it appears that episode 18 is the last in the first series? Is this ture or are TV.com just less clued up on Heroes than they are lost.

Anyway, yes it is a very addictive program. Especially when you start watching when there are already so many episodes out and you can watch episode after episode rather than having to wait on the random american schedule.

OMG, I cant believe I hadn't noticed this thread lol, sorry for revisiting it. Just like to say, this program is awesome. Just got episode 1-18 on dvd...and if there's only 18 episodes then that's great...cant wait to watch them all :)

There is 23 episodes in the first season, but the americans being the americans have aired up to episode 18 and then stopped them until the 23rd of april. Very annoying, but still, a brilliant series.

I think that 19-23 are gonna be amazing. The next one is shaping up to be a goodun..

Heroes is a group of people who's genes have evoled and given them "hero" like abilties. Their are people who studyed all of this and tried to find out if these people excisted. Of course for the program they do and each person has a uniqe power as it were ranging from telecanisis to bending time.

Each episode is linkied but as there are a great range of characters its always different and genrally action packed. I cant really add more than that without given away too much of the plot and storyline.

Worth a watch at least i'd say.

Yeah same here, hadn't seen it before but heard it was good so decided to watch it, looks like it could be very good but confusing. I'll be watching it every Wednesday night from now, couldn't be assed with watching it on the computer.

Yeah Season 1 was as good as any Lost, Heroes season then Season 2 was forgettable and now Season 3 is back on par with what season 1 was like.

The new series is amazing I was not too bothered about watching it, but when I watched the first one, I ended up watching all three and now im on a cliffhangar!

Up to epiosde 3 spoilers:

Will Petrelli find out about his old life? Who the hell is the person killing off them 9? I also thought Hiros bit was quit egood as it gives a different side to the show, when everything else is quite intense at the minute, does that boy make Claire kill her step-father? Best bitis Sylar losing his powers for more, got to love seeing th evil ******* be able to do nothing while petrelli is learning how to use his, does thismean heroes will penultimately be based around those two coming togetherat the end as right now it seems they are the only two who can hav multiplepowers. The only bad thing about the series so far is the twins who ae trying to get to doctor suresh an they have that wierd thing where only he can absorb her ability and she just looks wrong and can either deicde to kill peopleor make them have wierd eyes and blackout :/

So many questions and things to keep you thinking, will definately be just as good if not better than last series as its dived right back into it rather than having the slow start the first season did.
